• G & G Limousine agrees to provide the designated vehicle and a driver at the time, date and location specified on the contract. 
• Unless specified on the contract, request for additional hours will be provided only if the vehicle is not scheduled for other work.
• Number of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be no more than the maximum number the vehicle capacity is designed to carry. 
• G & G Limousine employees are NOT responsible for any unattended, forgotten, left, lost, damaged or stolen personal articles.
• The sale or use of ILLEGAL DRUGS or smoking in vehicles is prohibited as is the consumption of alcohol by those under age 21. There will be no hanging or yelling out of the windows.
• G & G Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems, airline/TSA delays, or any automobile accidents caused by others or the acts of God.
• Customers may not attach or affix anything to the interior or exterior of the vehicle without permission from G & G Limousine Management.
• Customers accept full responsibility for vehicle damage or special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence or carelessness caused by any member of customers group, or customer (examples: vehicle damages caused from smoking, burns VOMITING, scratches, broken glassware, stains, wrestling in the vehicle, kicking windows, mirrors, and etc...) and authorizes G & G Limousine to charge the guaranteeing contractual party for the expenses regardless of and in addition to any prior understandings and agreements. These charges are necessary due to the high cost of cleaning and the revenue and time lost because the limousine cannot be used. There's an automatic $250.00 cleaning charge for any vomiting. (NO exceptions) Customer agrees to pay for damages within seven days from the event date. Customer agrees to pay for any collection expenses and/or attorney fees and costs associated with G & G Limousine Service collection efforts.
• Overtime charges in 15 min increments.
• For your protection all limousine venues are audio and video digitally recorded
